CA. Harish Karkal (Prop) Associate Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate, Enrolled Agent (U.S.A.)

CA Harish Karkal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2010. He has vast consultancy experience in direct taxes especially taxation of expatriates. Harish Karkal completed his graduation from Mangalore University in the year 2001 and awarded with "Gold Medal" as "Best outgoing student of the year" from Sri Bhuvanendra College, Karkala, Udupi dist. Mr. Harish Karkal, completed his C.A. Intermediate in first available attempt and qualified as chartered accountant in the year 2008. He worked with Ernst & Young for 11 years in their expatriate tax department at various levels. During his employment, he was on secondment to United States for 1.5 years. He handled high net worth individuals with their US and India tax matters. He has completed "Enrolled Agent" exam from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), United States of America in the year 2007. He provides US compliance service for individual and business clients in the USA and India.

Mr. Abdul Mathin Patayat is a senior consultant with vast experience in compliance matters of all types of business, direct taxes and indirect tax matters. He is a Go-to person for day to day needs of start up companies. He served as engagement management specialist with Ernst & Young for 4 years and secured "STAR" award for the outstanding performance. He worked with leading chartered accountant firm in Bangalore and led their accounting and compliance department successfully for 5 plus years.
